2027 Music for All National Festival

2027 PACKAGES AND PRICING NOW AVAILABLE!
These package prices are for all students, chaperones, and affiliated adults who will be traveling and staying with the group. Those traveling with the ensemble MUST arrive and depart with the group. Anyone traveling outside of the group arrival and departure dates may purchase a Family and Friends package, available HERE.
Director Room Guest Pricing: Special pricing is offered for guests staying with the director in the Director Free Package Room. Pricing includes meals and inclusions for each guest, up to 3, with a Director Free Package Room
Each attending ensemble must bring adult chaperones at a ratio of one (1) chaperone per 12 students, exclusive of the head director. Chaperones may be housed in king or double rooms with no more than four (4) chaperones per room. Groups will be automatically billed for chaperone rooms on your invoices for the number of required adults at the 1-12 ratio. It is the ensembles’s responsibility to recruit the appropriate number of adults. Directors will not be considered as chaperones.
In order to be present for the lunch and Opening Ceremonies, each attending ensemble must arrive by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. All ensembles must be present through the Honor Ensemble concerts Saturday evening (approx. 10:00 p.m.)
Additional package meals are available at an additional cost.

Package Payment Schedule
August 1, 2026 – Non-Refundable Deposit Due: $5,000 for bands and orchestras, $2,500 for chamber and percussion
November 15, 2026 – Payment 1: 50% of total balance, less initial deposit
January 30, 2027 – Payment 2: 25% of remaining balance
February 15, 2027 – Payment 3: final payment of balance
Crossover Students
Crossover students are members of the Honor Ensembles that are also performing with their school ensemble at the festival. These students will only be released to your school ensemble for your school’s warm-up, performance, and clinic. Crossover students will pay the Honor Ensemble package price and be housed in the Honor Ensemble room block. You need to make sure that you are in Indianapolis by 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 31, 2027. Late arrivals to travel with your school ensemble will not be permitted.
Online registration with the Honor Ensembles is required, but students should select “Pay by Check.” Music for All will compare your school registration and create an individualized invoice to reflect your Honor Ensemble registration, and adjust the school’s housing and package numbers accordingly.
